We are the actual carrier licensed and insured. Our US D.O.T license number is 3513998.

What credentials should I look for in a mover?

A

It is generally recommended to work directly with a local carrier that is properly licensed, insured and has a clean federal scorecard. You can check any mover directly on the D.O.T website at https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/protect-your-move.

What happens if I need to change my dates?

A

You can change your dates at no cost up to 7 days prior to your move, any change after that may be subject to a $150 rescheduling fee.

How does payment work?

A

We charge a 10% deposit to reserve your dates, 60% on pick up day and the remaining 30% on delivery day. We accept credit cards, cash, postal money order and cashier's check. The deposit is refundable up to 7 days before your move.

What happens if I need to change my item list?

A

You can change your item list up to 48 hours before your move so only pay for what you actually need to take with you.

How long does it take to move?

A

Our delivery time frames for all state to state moves is 7-21 days, the average delivery is usually between 5 - 10 days.
